What began on Etsy during lockdown has grown into something we could only have dreamed of, a family-run business with a permanent home at Westfield Stratford and a wonderful team behind us. As MIA has grown, one thing has never changed: the care behind what we do. Every piece, every order and every customer is still treated with the same love and attention as our very first one. From a small lockdown idea to where we are today, MIA has been built through family, community, hard work and a genuine love for what we do. ❤️

Read full FAQsNo. Every piece is made from hypoallergenic stainless steel, plated with a thick layer of 18k gold. It won't tarnish, won't turn your skin, and is backed by our Lifetime Colour Warranty.
Yes, our jewellery is fully waterproof. Shower in it, swim in it, sweat in it at the gym. A quick pat dry afterwards keeps it looking its best, but you never have to take it off.
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–4 days. Shipping is free on UK orders over £30. We ship worldwide, too.
We hope you love your MIA jewellery, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided your item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
